Office Location

Duluth Workforce Development - Y.E.S. Duluth is conveniently located near downtown Duluth at 12 E. 4th Street, in the lower level, Duluth, Minnesota 55805. The building is at the corner of East 4th Street and Lake Avenue North.  If you have any questions related to our location, please call one of the Job Counselors listed on the Contact Us page, and we will be glad to assist you.

If you are traveling Northeast on I-35:

  • Get off at Exit 256B, and  take the Lake Avenue North option
  • Drive up Lake Avenue 1/2 block North of 3rd Street.
  • The Y.E.S. Duluth Office is in the Lower Level of the City of Duluth Parks and Recreation Building at the corner of Lake Avenue and East 4th Street.
  • The entrance to the office is on the South side of the building off Lake Avenue.
  • Get off at Exit 256B (Lake Avenue) and turn Right at the top of the exit ramp.
  • Drive up Lake Avenue 1/2 block North of 3rd Street.
  • The Y.E.S. Duluth Office is in the Lower Level of the City of Duluth Parks and Recreation Building at the corner of Lake Avenue and East 4th Street.
  • The entrance to the office is on the South side of the building off Lake Avenue.

Parking

Parking in the downtown area of Duluth means you will either be parking at a meter or in a ramp, and then walking to the the Y.E.S. Duluth office.
